Our process, from enquiry to handover
Nine stages turn an initial idea into clearly specified, manufactured and installed joinery. Each approval gives the next stage a defined starting point.
Initial enquiry
Tell us about the project, its location in Marrakech and the joinery required. This first conversation identifies the information needed for the study.
Plans or site measurements
We gather available plans or arrange measurements according to the project. Dimensions, access and site constraints form the basis for the proposed layout.
Free project study
We review the requirements, available space and design options to prepare a suitable solution. The project study is free.
Free 3D design
The 3D design helps you assess volumes, proportions and proposed finishes. This design service is free.
Technical and commercial proposal
You receive a proposal describing the scope, materials, models and agreed services. Any outstanding details are identified before approval.
Project approval
Layouts, measurements, finishes and technical details are confirmed. These approvals form the basis of the work to be manufactured.
Manufacturing
Manufacturing is organised around the approved models and agreed scope. For developments, unit references support batch preparation.
Installation
Installation is coordinated with site access and readiness. Necessary adjustments are made within the agreed service.
Inspection and handover
Finishes, alignment and moving components are checked. Handover reviews the installed work and records any observations.
Questions about this service
When should I send the plans?
At the first enquiry, if they are available. Preliminary plans help explain the project; final measurements and details must be confirmed before manufacturing.
When are materials approved?
Materials and finishes are reviewed during design, specified in the technical proposal and confirmed at project approval.
What happens at handover?
Handover follows installation and reviews the work against the agreed scope. Any observations are identified so the next actions can be defined.
