Kitchens and joinery for residential developments
A development is prepared one unit at a time and coordinated across the building. CUISINISTE MAROC works with developers, architects and project owners in Marrakech on kitchens, fitted closets, dressing rooms and doors.
01 — Understand the plans and requirements
We review apartment types, proposed layouts and interfaces with other site works. The technical study brings together available dimensions, service connections and design choices to define the scope.
- Development plans and current project stage.
- Units identified by apartment.
- Technical points to resolve before approval.
02 — Build a usable quantity schedule
The schedule separates joinery categories, models and variations. This makes the technical and commercial proposal easier to review and helps track changes between approved versions.
- Quantities by model and apartment.
- Dimensions and finishes linked to each model.
- Clearly described supply and installation scope.
03 — Approve models and finishes
Free 3D design makes proposed layouts easier to discuss. Technical sheets and agreed samples help define materials, hardware and details. Repeated models are reviewed for standardisation while allowing for necessary variations.
- Model optimisation based on the plans.
- Materials and product references approved before manufacturing.
- Common specifications distinguished from required variations.
04 — Coordinate manufacturing and installation
Following project approval, work is organised by batch, building and floor to suit site requirements. Unit references support preparation and help coordinate installation with apartment readiness.
- Batch production within the agreed scope.
- Planning by building and floor.
- Coordination of access and site progress.
05 — Inspect and hand over
Checks address the approved specification, finish and operation of the units. Inspection and handover review the installed scope and identify any items needing attention. Our published reference includes 46 kitchens, 66 fitted closets and 16 dressing rooms delivered for a residential development in Marrakech.
- Material references and finishes checked.
- Adjustments and moving components reviewed.
- Handover against the agreed scope.
Questions about this service
What should we send for an initial development study?
Send the plans, number of homes, required services and project stage. Unit references, dimensions and intended finishes help make the study more specific.
Can kitchens, closets, dressing rooms and doors be included together?
Yes. A proposal can cover several joinery categories. Models, quantities and services are itemised to keep the scope clear.
How is the programme agreed?
Timing is studied according to quantities, approved models, material procurement and site progress. Manufacturing and installation stages are agreed for the project; a single fixed lead time does not apply to every development.
